WAC 110-300-0106(12): During a health and safety recheck for an adhoc staff member SS did not have a completed food handlers card completed through the local health jurisdiction. WAC 110-300-0106(3): During a health and safety recheck for an adhoc staff member ES did not have childcare basics completed.
